Establishes a Food Literacy Trust Fund to receive legislative appropriations, grants, donations, and federal funds to support food literacy programs in Massachusetts schools

Adds "food literacy" to the core competencies required in state curriculum frameworks for K-12 education

Defines food literacy standards to cover nutrition, culinary skills, food production (farming, fishing, processing), environmental impacts, hunger and food justice issues, cultural food connections, and food system careers

Allows schools to integrate food literacy into existing subjects such as mathematics, science, and history/social sciences

Requires the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education to provide curriculum resources, professional development information, conduct annual reviews of food literacy implementation, and convene a working group of educators and food system experts
