Requires any person, corporation, or organization spending $1,000 or more to influence town meeting warrant articles to file disclosure reports with the town clerk

Reports must include the date, purpose, and amount of each expenditure, plus the full name and address of both the spender and recipient

Contributors funding such expenditures must also be disclosed, including the date, amount, and full name/address of each donor

Filing deadlines include monthly reports by the 5th of each month, a pre-meeting report 5 days before town meeting, and a final report 30 days after the meeting

Violations are punishable by up to one year imprisonment, a fine up to $1,000, or both
