Amends the Bridgewater Town Charter to allow qualified voters to recall and remove any elected official from office

Requires 100 registered voters (district officials) or 400 registered voters (at-large officials) to file an initial affidavit, followed by a petition signed by at least 10% of registered voters within 21 days

Establishes grounds for recall including felony conviction, certain misdemeanors (domestic violence, DUI, assault), conflict of interest violations, attendance at less than 50% of public meetings in 12 months, insobriety while performing duties, bribery, or violation of applicable laws and bylaws

Recall elections must be held 60-90 days after petition certification; if majority votes for recall, the candidate receiving the most votes becomes the successor for the unexpired term

Prohibits recall petitions within 6 months of an official taking office, and bars recalled or resigned officials from town appointments for 2 years
