Amends Chapter 55 of Massachusetts General Laws by replacing Section 7A with updated campaign contribution limits and reporting requirements

Individual contribution limits set at $1,000 per election to any single candidate or candidate's committee, and $10,000 per election aggregate to political party committees

Legislative and executive agents (lobbyists) face stricter limits of $200 per election to any candidate, candidate's committee, or non-ballot question political committee

Contribution limits will be indexed for inflation biennially by the director beginning December 31, 2026, using the federal consumer price index for the Boston statistical area, rounded to the nearest $50

Contributions to ballot question committees remain unlimited, and contributions forwarded through designated contribution committees count as direct contributions from the original donor
