Local Election Districts Review Commission cannot approve city or town ward and precinct divisions until the governor gives final approval of the decennial redistricting plan for congressional, representative, senatorial, and councillor districts

Sub-precincts must be minimized and only created when necessary to meet a plus or minus 10 percent population deviation requirement for municipal representative districts

Commission must provide the Secretary of State with electronic GIS shapefiles containing population data for all wards, precincts, and sub-precincts within 30 days of final gubernatorial approval, along with written descriptions of all boundary changes

Secretary of State must establish and maintain a public internet portal displaying commission records including meeting notices, minutes, approved voting district maps, and complete precinct listings

Cities and towns must submit electronic GIS shapefiles with ward, precinct, and sub-precinct population data to the commission within 30 days of final gubernatorial approval of redistricting plans
