Adds the Lynnfield Center Water District to the list of communities eligible to receive water from the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority (MWRA) by amending Chapter 372 of the Acts of 1984

Requires MWRA board of directors approval before water service can begin, including findings required under clauses (1) through (6) of the existing statute

Mandates approval from the MWRA advisory board and any other applicable regulatory bodies before service commences

Exempts the Lynnfield Center Water District from Section 71 of Chapter 372, which typically imposes additional requirements on new MWRA customers
