Establishes updated zoning incentive payments for municipalities based on projected new construction units: $20,000 for up to 20 units, $150,000 for 21-100 units, $400,000 for 101-200 units, $740,000 for 201-500 units, and $1,200,000 for 501+ units

Creates a one-time density bonus payment of $6,000 per housing unit for new construction in approved smart growth zoning districts and starter home zoning districts

Requires periodic review of incentive payments to ensure they remain consistent with housing costs per the Consumer Price Index

Includes a 10-year sunset provision, after which the increased incentives revert to their original figures

Effective for tax years beginning on or after January 1, 2025
