Increases Appeals Court justice salaries by $20,000: Chief Justice from $219,856 to $239,856, and associate justices from $213,924 to $233,924

Raises Trial Court justice salaries by $20,000 across three tiers: from $207,855 to $227,855, from $213,966 to $233,966, and from $220,160 to $240,160

Effective date of July 1, 2025; similar legislation was filed in the previous 2023-2024 session (Senate No. 955)
