Amends Section 22 of Chapter 265 of the Massachusetts General Laws to expand the definition of "control" in cases of rape by a law enforcement officer

Includes supervising a person under age 18 in a law enforcement training program as a form of control

Covers interactions with persons being questioned, investigated, or detained by officers

Applies when an officer communicates the power to charge or arrest someone, whether explicitly or implicitly, and regardless of whether that power could lawfully be exercised

Encompasses any exercise or attempt to exercise coercion or influence while acting under color of law
