Amends Section 120 of Chapter 266 of the General Laws (criminal trespass statute) to add a new appeal process for disinvitation notices

Allows individuals who receive written notice banning them from a premises to file a complaint in district court to vacate the notice, provided they had a good faith reasonable belief they had a right to access the property

Courts may vacate a disinvitation notice at their discretion if they determine the property controller abused their discretion in issuing the ban

A court order vacating the notice provides a complete affirmative defense against any criminal trespass prosecution under the statute
