Creates a new criminal offense under Chapter 265 of Massachusetts General Laws for inducing or assisting suicide, punishable by up to 5 years in state prison

Criminalizes coercing or encouraging suicide when the offender has knowledge of the victim's suicidal ideation and exercises substantial control through physical control, deceptive manipulation, or undue influence

Prohibits intentionally providing physical means or knowledge of means to enable suicide, or participating in physical acts that cause, aid, or assist another person's suicide attempt

Requires proof that the defendant had actual knowledge of suicidal ideation, including prior suicide attempts, planned methods, stated intent, or expressed suicidal inclinations

Exempts lawful medical treatment administered by or prescribed by a licensed physician, and bars prosecution under both this statute and manslaughter for the same offense
