Creates new Chapter 151G in Massachusetts General Laws prohibiting professional investors (banks, venture capital funds, insurance companies, investment companies, etc.) from engaging in sexual harassment during business dealings in the commonwealth

Makes it unlawful for professional investors to condition investment decisions on submission to sexual advances, or to create intimidating, hostile, or sexually offensive business environments through sexual conduct

Allows injured individuals and their employers/business entities to sue professional investors for compensatory, incidental, consequential, and punitive damages, plus attorneys' fees and injunctive relief

Authorizes the Attorney General to bring enforcement actions against violating professional investors, with investigative powers under Chapter 93A

Establishes a 3-year statute of limitations from the last unlawful act, last injury, or when the injured party or Attorney General became aware of the injury
