Requires human trafficking awareness signs with the National Human Trafficking Resource Center Hotline (1-888-373-7888) to be displayed at MBTA stations and vehicles, regional transit authority locations, MassPort airports and ferry terminals, rest areas, welcome centers, and licensed hospitals

Mandates anti-human trafficking training for all transportation employees (bus drivers, train operators, ferry operators, ticket collectors, custodial workers, mechanics) covering definitions, victim warning signs, reporting protocols, and identification of vulnerable populations, with biannual updates required

Permanently disqualifies persons convicted of human trafficking offenses under state law (Chapter 265, sections 50-51) or federal law (18 U.S.C. § 1581, 1583, 1584, 1589, 1590, 1591) from obtaining commercial motor vehicle licenses

Requires transportation network companies (rideshare services) to place anti-trafficking decals in vehicles and provide educational materials to all drivers, who must provide written confirmation of receipt to maintain their driver certificate

Prohibits persons convicted of human trafficking offenses from sealing their criminal records and requires regulations to be promulgated within 180 days of the act's effective date
