Prohibits persons, businesses, and associations from disclosing home addresses or unpublished home telephone numbers of judicial officers, law enforcement officers, prosecutors, and their immediate family members on the Internet within 10 business days of receiving a written removal request

Protections extend to active, formerly active, and retired officials, as well as family members residing in the same household including spouses, children, parents, and other relatives

Violations subject to civil liability in Superior Court with minimum liquidated damages of $1,000 per violation, plus potential punitive damages, attorney's fees, and equitable relief

Exempts custodians of government records and news media from liability for information in previously printed newspapers

Compliance not required until one year after enactment, though voluntary compliance with removal requests is permitted before that date
