Amends Chapter 151B of Massachusetts General Laws to add "public interest organizations" as recognized entities under the state's anti-discrimination law

Defines "public interest organization" as any non-profit organized to combat discrimination or bias, safeguard civil rights, or promote rights under Chapter 151B

Grants public interest organizations legal standing to file complaints with the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD) when unlawful practices impair their purpose, target the organization or its employees, or when they have sufficient connection to harmed individuals

Extends the same standing criteria to allow public interest organizations to bring civil actions in court under Section 9 of Chapter 151B
