Lottery winners convicted of rape, sexual assault, or human trafficking offenses (Chapter 265, sections 22-24C, 50, or 51) would forfeit any remaining undisbursed prize money, which would be returned to the State Lottery and Gaming Fund

Money furnished for forced labor, sexual servitude, or used to facilitate sexual offenses would be subject to forfeiture and made available for court-ordered victim restitution under Chapter 258B

Expands existing property forfeiture laws to cover rape and sexual assault offenses (sections 22-24C), in addition to the current human trafficking provisions (sections 50-51)

Adds a new category of property subject to forfeiture: any funds received from the commonwealth, including State Lottery prizes, that were used or intended to facilitate these sexual offenses
