Department of Public Health must establish a pilot program allowing psychedelic-assisted mental health treatment administered by multi-disciplinary care teams in supervised licensed mental health clinic settings

Maximum of 3 licensed mental health clinic facilities may receive pilot permits to participate in the program

Eligible organizations must focus exclusively on mental health treatment and cannot be affiliated with cannabis companies, psychedelic molecule developers, or pharmaceutical companies

Participating clinics must track patient outcomes data for treatment of depression, anxiety, PTSD, and substance use disorder, and share this data with the department

Department of Public Health will promulgate regulations covering clinic standards, patient assessment, clinical staff composition, physician oversight, medication coordination, and psychedelic storage and administration
