Public stadiums, sports centers, gymnasiums, and other athletic facilities must have at least one automated external defibrillator (AED) on premises during sporting events

At least one employee or authorized volunteer trained in CPR and AED use (per American Heart Association or Red Cross standards) must be present during any sporting activity

If no trained staff or volunteer is available, facility operators must make best efforts to identify trained volunteers among attendees, including through public announcements

Facilities must install placards at every entryway displaying a map showing AED locations

Amends Chapter 93 of the Massachusetts General Laws by adding a new Section 87A
