Requires bulk containers of compounded drugs to include ingredient lists, FDA MedWatch adverse event reporting information (www.fda.gov/medwatch, 1-800-FDA-1088), and directions for use

Grants the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Pharmacy enforcement authority, with penalties including fines, suspension, or license revocation for violations
