Amends Chapter 111 of the General Laws by adding Section 8D to require specific warning language in annual Consumer Confidence Reports on water quality

Mandates warnings when fluoride levels in drinking water reach or exceed 0.3 parts per million (ppm)

Requires warning that offspring of pregnant persons and bottle-fed babies face risks of developmental neurotoxicity and dental damage at fluoride levels of 0.3 ppm or higher

Requires warning that diabetics and individuals with kidney, thyroid, or inflammatory conditions face risks of worsening their conditions from consuming water at 0.3 ppm fluoride or above
