Requires all public, private, and charter schools (grades K-12) to annually report to the department the total numbers of immunized children and those exempted from immunization requirements

Mandates the department to designate the methodology for school immunization reporting

Requires the department to annually publish aggregate immunization and exemption data for each school and school district

Exempts data from public disclosure if it would reveal personal information under Chapter 93H or violate other privacy laws

Authorizes the department to publish immunization data by municipality, county, or other geographic designation at its discretion
