Establishes a special legislative commission to examine and recommend improvements to care, support, and resources for individuals experiencing Hyperemesis Gravidarum (HG), a severe pregnancy-related condition

Commission membership includes approximately 50 members: legislative committee chairs, state agency officials, healthcare professionals (physicians, nurses, midwives, doulas), patient advocates, and individuals who have experienced HG, with priority given to representatives from underserved communities

Commission must investigate insurance coverage for HG medications and nutritional therapies, evaluate provider training and continuing education, review paid leave policies, and develop public awareness campaign recommendations

All appointments must be made within 60 days of enactment, with the first meeting within 90 days and quarterly meetings thereafter

Final report with legislative recommendations due to the House and Senate clerks by September 1, 2026
