Restricts tobacco product sales to only adult-only retail tobacco stores and smoking bars, prohibiting sales at convenience stores, gas stations, and other general retailers

Defines "Adult-Only Retail Tobacco Store" as an establishment where tobacco is the primary product sold, persons under the minimum legal sales age are prohibited from entering at all times, and all required permits are maintained

Amends Chapter 270, Section 6 of the Massachusetts General Laws to add the new definition and sales restriction

Preserves the authority of the Commonwealth and local municipalities to enact stricter tobacco regulations than those established in this bill
