Establishes the Accessibility in the Creative Economy (ACE) grant program, administered by the Massachusetts Office on Disability, to fund capital improvements and projects that remove barriers for persons with disabilities at arts, humanities, and interpretive sciences organizations

Funds the program through one-tenth of one percent (0.1%) of the Executive Office of Health and Human Services appropriation, plus investment income and private donations

Creates an ACE Commission with 10 members appointed by the governor, legislature, and disability organizations, with a majority required to be individuals with disabilities or disability advocates; must be established by December 1, 2026

Eligible grant uses include accessibility training, consulting services led by disability community members, capital improvements (ramps, elevators, assistive listening systems, signage), and ADA transition planning

Requires annual public reporting by December 31 detailing fund expenditures, grant recipients, and remaining balance to legislative committees
