Directs the Prevention and Wellness Advisory Board to recommend to the Department of Public Health how tracking devices can mitigate wandering risks for individuals with dementia, autism spectrum disorder, or Alzheimer's disease

Requires the advisory board to review options for incorporating tracking devices into a pilot program funded through the Prevention and Wellness Trust Fund

Advisory board must submit recommendations to the department by December 1, 2025

Department must forward recommendations and planned action items to legislative clerks and relevant committees by December 1, 2026
