Secretary of Health and Human Services shall convene a working group to study and recommend how to establish and operate an acute care hospital in Norwood

Working group must study the scope of care Norwood Hospital provided under Steward Health Care prior to June 28, 2020, and solicit input from construction, hospital operation, and public health experts

Members include the DPH Commissioner, state legislators from the 12th Norfolk district and Norfolk/Suffolk district, U.S. Representative from the 8th congressional district, Massachusetts Nurses Association, Professional Firefighters of Massachusetts, Norwood fire and police chiefs, and the Norwood Select Board chair

Working group must convene within 30 days of the act's passage and submit a report within 120 days of its initial meeting

Report to be filed with the House and Senate clerks, the Joint Committee on Public Health, and the Joint Committee on Ways and Means
