Amends Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 111, Section 8C to allow municipalities with existing artificial fluoridation programs to end those programs through local ordinance

Local legislative bodies (City Council, Town Meeting, or Water Commissioners) can ban fluoridation after receiving a petition from at least 10 registered voters

Water superintendents or water commissioners may suspend fluoridation programs at will if they determine the program poses a risk to consumers, workers, infrastructure, or the environment
