Mandates that student athletes and their parents/guardians sign an annual acknowledgment form confirming receipt and review of cardiac symptom information before participating in school athletic activities

Requires immediate removal from athletic activity for any student who loses consciousness or exhibits cardiac-related symptoms, with return to play permitted only after written medical clearance from an appropriate medical professional

Adds instruction on automatic external defibrillator (AED) use to existing CPR graduation requirements, mandating psychomotor skills-based training following current national Emergency Cardiovascular Care guidelines

Authorizes the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education to provide financial incentives through mini-grants or subsidies for school districts requiring hands-on CPR and AED training, with priority given to high-need districts where at least 50% of students qualify for free/reduced meals or have Title 1 status
