Establishes a special commission on endometriosis within the Executive Office of Health and Human Services to study the condition, raise awareness, and make policy recommendations

Commission consists of 17 members including legislative appointees, state agency representatives, medical professionals (at least 1 OB/GYN and 1 desmoid tumor expert), and individuals with personal experience with endometriosis

Commission responsibilities include assessing current research and provider education, developing public educational materials, and assisting with federal funding applications

Commission must provide guidance on best practices for diagnosis and treatment, and recommend policies including legislation to improve public awareness and access to care

Report with findings and recommendations due to the legislature by December 31, 2026
