Doubles ferry embarkation fees from $0.50 to $1.00 per passenger under Section 129 of Chapter 46 of the Acts of 2003

Reduces the city/town share of embarkation fee revenue from 25% to 12.5%

Creates a new 25% allocation to fire districts that provide fire or public safety services to ports within cities or towns with ferry service

Reduces the state share of embarkation fee revenue from 75% to 62.5%
