Public testimony submitted to legislative committees must be made available to the public upon request, with allowances for redacting sensitive personal information or safety-related details

Legislative committees soliciting expert testimony must make reasonable efforts to promote diversity on expert witness panels

All recorded votes of legislative committee members must be posted on the General Court website within 48 hours of the vote being taken

The Governor's office would be subject to public records law for records created or received after January 5, 2026
