Public bodies may allow any member to participate remotely in any meeting, with remote participants counting toward quorum and permitted to vote

All members, whether remote or in-person, must be clearly audible to one another during proceedings

Public bodies must provide free public access to meetings with remote participation through telephone, internet, or video conferencing, and make meeting documents available before or at the time of the meeting

Parties entitled to appear before a public body must be allowed to do so remotely when the body conducts proceedings with remote participation

Municipal executive bodies must develop and adopt standards and guidelines for remote participation before holding any such meetings
