Automatically disqualifies any person, organization, or entity found to have violated Massachusetts anti-discrimination law (Chapter 151B) from acting or registering as a lobbyist for 4 years from the date of final determination

Extends the disqualification to organizations that discriminate against their own members based on protected class status, even without an employment relationship

Requires the Secretary of State to establish an adjudicatory process to receive and review complaints of member discrimination by organizations seeking to lobby

Amends Section 45 of Chapter 3 of the General Laws by adding a new subsection (n)
