MA S2400

Authorizes the Massachusetts Department of Transportation to establish and collect tolls at state border crossings on major interstate highways including I-90 (NY border), I-84 (CT border), I-93 (NH border), I-95 (NH and RI borders), and I-91 (CT and VT borders)

Extends tolling authority to additional border crossing routes: I-395 (CT border), I-295 (RI border), Route 24 (RI border), Route 3 (NH border), Route 7 (CT and VT borders), and Route 146 (RI border)

Amends Chapter 6C, Section 30 of the General Laws by adding a new clause (12) granting this tolling authority

Allows toll rates to be fixed and revised periodically at the discretion of the transportation authority
