Extends terms for certain regional transit authority advisory board members from 1 year to 2 years by amending Chapter 161B, Section 5

Adds a new voting member position representing the Gateway Municipality rider community population, serving a 3-year term

Requires the Gateway Municipality representative to be an active rider of the regional transit authority, appointed by the mayor, city manager, town chairman, or administrator

Prohibits the same city or town from appointing representatives for the disabled community, rider community, and gateway municipality rider community positions

Establishes rotating appointments among Gateway Municipalities in regions containing more than one such municipality, with rotation order determined by the board
