Adds new Section 9E to Chapter 90 of Massachusetts General Laws requiring the Registrar of Motor Vehicles to compile and publish a list of approved safety glass types

Mandates that aftermarket safety glass replacements meet or exceed original equipment manufacturer specifications and comply with ANSI Z 26.1 and federal motor vehicle safety standard 49 CFR § 571.205

Requires aftermarket glass replacements to meet the Automotive Glass Replacement Safety Standard developed by the Auto Glass Safety Council

Prohibits vehicle registration unless the motor vehicle is equipped with approved safety glass

Authorizes the Registrar to suspend registration of any vehicle found not equipped with approved safety glass until compliance is achieved
