Establishes the VFW Master Plan Commission to study development, maintenance, and improvement of Veterans of Foreign War Highway from Washington Street/Providence Highway in Dedham to Centre Street in West Roxbury, Boston

Commission membership includes state legislators, the U.S. Representative from the 8th congressional district, Boston District 6 city councilor, Dedham town officials, transportation officials, 3 West Roxbury residents, 2 Dedham residents, and local business representatives

Required study areas include pedestrian/transit/automobile networks, federal/state/local funding sources, private and public land for recreational use, and beautification improvements

Commission members receive no compensation or expense reimbursement for their service

Final report with master plan recommendations due by June 30, 2026, to be filed with the Boston City Council clerk and the House and Senate clerks
