Bans equipping or operating drones armed with weapons capable of causing serious bodily injury or death, punishable by up to $2,000 fine and/or 1 year imprisonment; exempts public safety explosive ordnance disposal personnel

Prohibits drone interference with manned aircraft or airport operations, with penalties up to $1,500 fine and/or 1 year imprisonment, increasing to $10,000 and/or 2.5 years if damage or crash results

Forbids drone operations that disrupt law enforcement, fire department, or emergency medical services personnel while on duty

Prohibits using drones to photograph, record, or loiter over critical facilities (including courts, jails, police stations, military installations, and hospitals receiving air ambulances) with intent to further crimes involving physical harm
