Establishes a sick leave bank specifically for Andrew Setera, an employee of the New Bedford District Court in the Massachusetts Trial Court system

Allows any trial court employee to voluntarily contribute one or more sick, personal, or vacation days to the bank for Setera's use

Restricts use of banked days to absences related to the specific illness or disability that necessitated creating the bank, as determined by the trial court

Requires any remaining time in the bank to be transferred to the trial court paid leave bank if Setera terminates employment or requests dissolution of the bank
