Authorizes voters in Berkley, Massachusetts to recall any elected town official, with recall proceedings prohibited within the first 6 months or last 6 months of an official's term

Requires 25 registered voters to file an initial recall affidavit with the Town Clerk, followed by petition signatures from at least 15% of registered voters in each precinct within 20 business days

Mandates a special recall election within 60-90 days if the targeted official does not resign within 5 days of receiving notice; election may be combined with a regularly scheduled town election if one occurs within 100 days

Allows the recalled official to appear on the ballot as a candidate for their own position; if a majority votes for recall, the candidate with the most votes becomes the successor for the remainder of the term

Bars any person recalled from office or who resigned during pending recall proceedings from appointment to any town office for 2 years
