Requires the Board of Registration in Medicine and Center for Health Information and Analysis to collect and publicly release data on the cultural, ethnic, linguistic, and educational composition of Massachusetts' physician workforce

Licensed health care facilities must annually report data on physicians, fellows, interns, and residents including: demographics (race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation), languages spoken, medical specialty, years practicing in MA, leadership positions, academic appointments, educational debt, and employment status

Aggregated data must be published on the Board of Registration in Medicine website within 60 days after each year ends

Center for Health Information and Analysis must submit an annual report on the collected data to legislative clerks, the Joint Committee on Public Health, and Department of Public Health by February 28th each year

Act takes effect 90 days after enactment
