Restructures the Board of Registration of Real Estate Brokers and Salesmen to include 7 members, with one required to be either a fair housing/civil rights expert or a tenant receiving rental voucher assistance

Requires the board to publish quarterly reports on newly licensed members, complaints filed against licensees, disciplinary actions, and findings of discrimination including the names of affected license holders

Expands enforcement authority to include federally-certified fair housing agencies in addition to the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, and increases license suspension periods from 90 to 180 days for discrimination violations

Mandates 60-day license suspensions for brokers/salesmen found by courts to have violated Chapter 151B anti-discrimination laws, increasing to 180 days for repeat violations within two years

Requires at least 4 hours of fair housing law or diversity training for initial salesman license applicants (within 40 total hours), and at least 4 hours of fair housing training during each license renewal period (within 10-16 total hours)
