Validates all actions taken by Plymouth's elected and appointed officials since April 11, 2015, addressing non-compliance with swearing-in requirements

Affects 116 appointed officials, 3 elected officials, and 49 Town Meeting members who failed to present themselves for timely swearing-in as required by Town Charter and Bylaws

Allows currently serving officials who were not properly sworn in to continue serving until their term expires or they leave office

Declared an emergency law to take effect immediately, preventing potential legal challenges to decade of town decisions
