Marshfield may grant 6 additional liquor licenses: 3 on-premises licenses and 3 package store (off-premises) licenses, notwithstanding state quota limits under Chapter 138, Section 17

On-premises licenses designated for Don Bravo Mexican Grill (57 Snow Road #30), The Corner Café (2000 Ocean Street), and one establishment within the Brant Rock Village Overlay District

Package store licenses designated for Jackansons Package Store (1921 Ocean Street/Route 139), Hubbards Cupboard (29 Main Street), and Ocean Market & Liquor (915 Ocean Street)

Licenses cannot be transferred to different locations; if terminated, cancelled, or revoked, they return to the licensing authority and may be reissued to a new applicant at the same location within 3 years

All licenses must be initially issued within 3 years of the act's effective date; recipients must surrender any existing wine and malt beverage licenses upon receiving the new all-alcohol license
