Authorizes the executive office to expend funds supporting the interagency housing and homelessness external advisory council's efforts to create and expand supportive housing units

Establishes a working group to develop strategic and financial plans for increasing supportive housing by at least 2,000 units and creating a pipeline for new supportive housing

Working group must examine combining state agency resources with the supportive housing pool fund, coordinating with local Continuums of Care, and leveraging Medicaid housing benefits for case management and housing stability services

Working group consists of at least 8 members including representatives from the Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities (chair), Health and Human Services, Department of Mental Health, legislative housing and children/families committees, and the Massachusetts Housing and Shelter Alliance

Report with findings and recommendations due to the legislature by December 31, 2027
