Requires all Massachusetts public, private, and charter schools (pre-K through grade 12) to post comprehensive food and nutritional information on their websites for students with medically restricted diets, including celiac disease and food allergies.

Extends the same website disclosure requirements to all public and private institutions of higher education in the commonwealth.

Mandates schools publish policies for safe handling of gluten-free and allergen-free meals, monthly menus with nutritional information, and enrollment instructions for accessing these meals.

Requires contact information for food service personnel and disability/accessibility services be included on school websites.
