Establishes a sick leave bank specifically for Greg Pinkerton, an employee of the Massachusetts Department of Corrections

Allows any Department of Corrections employee to voluntarily contribute one or more sick, personal, or vacation days to the bank for Pinkerton's use

Restricts use of donated leave to absences related to the illness or disability that necessitated creating the bank, as determined by the department

Transfers any remaining time to the extended illness leave bank if Pinkerton terminates employment or requests to dissolve the sick leave bank

Declared an emergency law for immediate effect upon passage
