Mandates real estate salesman license applicants complete 40 classroom hours of instruction, including at least 4 hours on fair housing law.

Requires licensed brokers and salesmen to complete 6-12 hours of continuing education per renewal period, with at least 2 hours on fair housing law and 4 hours on related topics.

Establishes mandatory 60-day license suspension for court findings of fair housing violations under Chapter 151B, increasing to 180 days for repeat violations within 2 years.
