Authorizes the Commissioner of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance to convey a 35,000 square foot parcel at 14 Mill Street in Brookfield to Mary Faugno-Wiles, in consultation with the Department of State Police

Requires Mary Faugno-Wiles to convey a 38,000 square foot parcel on South Maple Street in Brookfield to the Commonwealth as consideration for the land exchange

Mary Faugno-Wiles must pay the difference if the state's parcel has higher fair market value; however, the Commonwealth is not obligated to pay any difference if her parcel is worth more

Independent appraisals must be reviewed by the Inspector General, with reports submitted to the House and Senate committees on ways and means at least 15 days before the transfer

Mary Faugno-Wiles must assume all transaction costs including appraisals, surveys, deeds, and recording fees, with any payments to the Commonwealth deposited into the General Fund
