Adds "special medical status" as a new protected class under Massachusetts fair educational practices law (Chapter 151C), defined as disability under the ADA or the receipt or non-receipt of any medical treatment (preventative, curative, or palliative)

Extends anti-discrimination protections beyond admissions to include "continued enrollment," preventing educational institutions from discriminating against currently enrolled students

Prohibits educational institutions from discriminating based on special medical status in admissions, enrollment, advertising, and application processes, alongside existing protections for race, religion, color, and national origin
